There is no Form 146 in Indian tax law. The poster needs a CA to file ITR-2 for reporting rental income (utilizing the 30% standard deduction, municipal tax relief, and home loan interest benefits) and to issue Form 15CB (along with Form 15CA) if they intend to repatriate the rental funds from their NRO account to an overseas bank account.

I thought form 15CB was renamed form 146?
