Can service tax charge in the bill @ 10% on whole amount (transmission cost + commision charges of agency) in case of electronic media (adv. in radio fm))? Is it possible, applicability of service tax is different for Print media & electronic media (on print media bills, will service tax charge @ 10% on only commission charges instead of cost + commissin)?
