Hi,
My wife is planning to buy property she is having saving which is almost 30% of the value of the property.
Now she is getting only 40% loan as her salary is not thst much. Now to bridge the gap I want to fund her 30%. But I don't want to become co owner. As she is going to put property on rent and selling it after 4 yrs.
Can i give her interest free loan. With marginal repayment every month and then remaining 75% of loan to her as lumsum payment at the end of loan tenure of 4 yrs.
Doing so will rental income and sale proceed be clubbed with my income. If yes then what should be the best way to fund her that money.
