while applying for may 2010 exam i am getting error r u also getting error as "You are not eligible for IPCE Exam - May 2010".

after filling the form how did u take the printout  only we will have to take printout by laser printer can't we get it done by normal printer ...i don't have laser printer...and can i sign the form by blue gel pen?
