kya apne vah material rent bali building ke liye liya hai yo other building ki leye
agar apne rent wali ke liye liya hai to it claim kar sakte ho other nahi
agar apne rent wali ke liye liya hai to it claim kar sakte ho other nahi
I have purchased for same building.given rent for company
It is restricted by 17(5). But recent Orissa HC decision says that you can take such credit.
can be claimed considering the latest judgement.......
