What is Superannuation Fund pls reply with example

A superannuation fund is a retirement benefit fund to which employers, and sometimes employees, contribute during employment. The accumulated amount is generally paid after retirement. It is similar in purpose to retirement savings schemes such as provident funds.

Superannuation Fund is a retirement fund , will get after retirement . Like in our country after retirement, we gets provident fund , Gratuity etc .Like in Australia & Newzealand they use word Superannuation fund . So Superannuation fund is nothing but retirement Fund in some Countries.

Employer & Employee both contribute to Superannuation fund  in Certain  percentage.
