Gst on Branch transfer
Will there be levy of gst under branch transfer for inter state and intra state transfer??

YES AS BRANCHES HAVE SEPARATE REGISTRATION AND ENTITY IN GST REGIME
SO YES CHARGE CGST & SGST IN CASE OF INTRA STATE
AND IGST IN CASE OF INTER STATE
but in case of intra state the goods can removed without gst payment under delivery challan
