Form 26AS Update for TDS by CPC/Income Tax department

All, For last FY, I have received Refund on some of overpaid taxes. The Income Tax department has paid me 'Tax Refund + Interest - TDS on Interest' amount.

Though, they have issued ITR Refund intimation highlighting above figures, they never issued FORM 16A for TDS and this is not even appearing in my AIS/Form 26AS. 

I have tried reaching to helpline and also open Grievances tickets but it is not leading anywhere. 

Are they not legally supposed to issue Form 16A? How can I get it?
