Account department usually mention employee name while making payment in remarks(for remembrance). Eg. if company need cctv installation , while making payment to cctv dealer it mention( cctv installation employee name) and same is reflected in company bank account and cctv dealer bank account.(eg. name of employee who is taking care company cctv operations).
Will it have any tax impact on employee?
No. Unless the PAN of the employee is also recorded in the statement.
