When we do internet recharge of reliance dongle at our site office, under which head should be entered in indirect expenses ????

You can take it as internet charges.....

it can be booked as DATA PROCESSING CHARGES. or simply DATA CHARGES

You can also book it under "Telephone & Internet Expenses" under Indirect Expenses head.

If its for office use only then book it under "telephone and communication expenses" under INDIRECT EXPENSES..
if its for anyones personal use..then "Staff Welfare expenses" may also be debited..hardly makes any difference..

Unless provided otherwise internet in office is meant for official purposes and should be booked 'Telephone and Internet Expenses. All administrative and sales expenses are indirect expenses hence, it is an indirect expense.

As it specifically mentioned Internet recharge then it should be debited to : Telephone & Communication Charges Expenses.

Communication cover every head of communication by way of telephone or Internet expenses and so on.

Internet connection of Railwire net & installation of Power Beam should be treated as Internet exp.(indirect exp.) or should be treated as capitalized expenditure.Please guide me.
