Hey i have a company wich is incorporated in 06/04/1998 but havent filed any documents with the ROC since then. I applied for DIN on 08/11/2014. But i cannot file form DIR 3C. I need to know how cn i update the signatory details of my directors. i get the error that "DIN is not Associated with the CIN". Please help urgently. The status of my company is dormant.
