    Dear Sir, Thanks for your reply. But still there is one confusion on this point. Because vehicle parking charges are being paid on the basis of space provide.Even if we don't park a single vehicle during a particular month,still we'll have to pay the vendor for the space. By taking this stand, Shouldn't it be covered under sec 194 I instead of 194C. Please enlighten me with your views. Regards. CA.Sanjay Chopra 91-9818155004
