1)is there any problem if relief u/s 89 claimed in revised return & in that case also employer has not consider relief u/s 89 2)how much time reqd for refund? 3)is there any problem if refund exceeds 25000/-

1. Comment on the following : (10x2) i) A counter offer constitutes an acceptance of an offer. ii) Delivery of goods under Bailment may be actual or constructive. iii) A stipulation may be a condition though called warranty in the contract. iv) A draws a cheque in favour of Y or order ‘sans recourse’.

Please guide regarding Conversion From PE 2 to IPCC group if our one of the group cleared in this exam or ever no group cleared what is the procedure. I go through information at institutes site but little bit confuse regarding unit test and orientation program me.Please assist.
