Dear Experts, Urgently require ur guidance in this issue. Processing fee is charged for a term loan. The term loan is used to purchase a fixed asset (wind mill). Whether such processing fee can be capitalised to the fixed asset (wind mill). Whether such capitlaisation is as per AS 16 or AS -10 compliance? Can it be treated as a revenue expenditure? pls quote me with the relevant AS.. With regards, Rajesh.

Sir please slove my query. i came to pe2 on the basis of graduation my last attempt was may 2009. Now can i convert into ipcc. What is the last date for convertion into ipcc. Can any one help me on this please...........I have eligibility certificate for pe2 now can i convert into ipcc.Any one help me please iam requesting. and tell me the procedure for conversion. Fee details after 29th july,2010.
