Case Study-firm name=ABC, where A, B, and C are partners. A, B, and C are chartered accountants holding certificate of practice. B is also a partner in firm XBY where X and Y are also chartered accountant holding certificate of practice. Also B does practice as a CA in his own identity. Now C purchased an equity share of reliance company. Therefore can B become an auditor of reliance company, and can firm XBY become an auditor of Reliance company ?

dear sir, I am B.COM Graduate and I am work as a Accountant,Ill drop collage in 2003 (after FYBCOM)due to my financial problem but in 2008 all given exams of SYBCOM and i passed and i am appear to TYBCOM in 2009. TYBCOM also cleared in 70% but after TYBCOM ill not done any thing, my classes sir told me to go For ICWAI because of ill scored in TYBCOM (Financial Accounting 96/100,Mgmt Accounting 93/100,Taxation 94/100) i want to do now ICWAI course please guide me on this course. I want to work also because my financial matters. can i give Icwai CC exams or to be oral ??. ill ready to go classes also but i am very confused to do oral or CC. I also heard the cc exams student failed more % as compare to oral course student its true please guide me

sir Pls answer my query Suppose A public company gives intercorporate loan on 18th september 2010 in excess of 60% of paidup share capital and free reserves.If date of EGM wrongly mentioned as 20th september in form 23 its like giving loan without the approval of shareholders.Whether can we file revised form 23 again to correct the date of EGM or what procedure we need to follow . Urgent reply is anticipated
