Dear Sir, i want to know that the last date of filing income tax return for the A.Y. 2010-11 with out panelty had extended to 31st july or it is same as 31st march

Sir, I am in service and I completed my 5 years of ACA in Nov10. kindly advice 1. Whether I should enroll myself as fellow member as I intend to be in service whole my life? 2. What special benefit will I get from enrolment as fellow member if it is required? 3. If I am not enrolled as fellow member whether I will lose my position in the field of future practice if I want to start. Would be highly thankful if you can clarify on the above.

Kind Sir, As per the new RBI guidelines and power given to AD banks for the closure of Liaison office in India, one of the documents requirement specified is ROC report. How do liaison office get ROC report. If registering for ROC report means heavy panelty. Please advise.
