Dear sir, we are received a machine from first stage dealer and the dealer mentioned in Invoice E1 transaction.the party issued "Proforma for issue of invoice Under rile 8 of cenvat rules 2002" now shall we take cenvat credit on the basis copy or not? please reply. -
