Good Afternoon Sir, Kindly let me know what is the penalty for late deduction of Service Tax & Late deposit of Service Tax. If a person applied service tax no in Jan 2012 & his total turnover from Apr 2011 till now is approx. 22 Lacs. Then whats is penalty for this.

Sir, The final marksheets have not yet come. Can I send Form 2 with the marksheet downloaded from internet? In the I card form Membership No. is asked. How do i fill that? Is the amount for CABF compulsory? Please let me know. Thank u
