I am acting as Indenting agent for the foreign Principals for booking orders of their products in india & I get my commission from Foreign Principals in Foreign Currency like USD/JPY Sofar this services classified as Export of Services and by which this service was not under service tax provision. i.e. exempted from ST. However after Negative list of ST, I am unable to understand clearly the provision of ST on above service is made under Negative list or the negative list is only for all other class excluding Export of Service category? i want clarification if service tax is levieable on my mentioned business services to foreign client??????
