Dear Sir, Date of Incorporateion : 7th march 2011 The auditor made the books of accounts from 22 feb 2011 to 31 march 2012. Is it wrong under the provision of the act? If so please shed some light on the remedy. Also the AGM date was 20 Sep 2012 (which is clearly a contravention of Sec 210)

Hi, I am working as an accountant in a small software company. company established since 7.2.2.008. we have not been filing returns and no tds deducted from employees. each employee draw salary 7 lakhs pa, we have 4 employees. i have to file returns this how to file returns plz give me suggest asap

Dear Sir, I have question regarding filing of FS to ROC. In our client's company one of 5 directors is not ready to sign the FS due to some conflicts around them. He hold around 8% of Shares. Can we upload the FS to ROC with sign of remaining 4 directors or is it compulsory to sign all the Directors. What is the other remedy. Kindly help us
