i am having a query relating to one of the my client, who is in trading business of Steel Tubes and pipes and has planted a factory that is a manufacturing division of steel tubes and pipes in sabarkantha district of Gujarat for the purpose of Domestic as well as Export sale of production, Can you please do let me know what incentives and Tax Bnenefits for a newly established industry in that industrially Backward Area he can avail, as soon as possible.

Dear Sir, we have opened a new company for exports. As we are new we dont have VAT/CST number . we get products from other company in india and export it to the cliebts in Abroad. So we haven't carried any Order. we are stucked with doubt that can we avail H - form . As we are not joined with VAT/CST regirations , can we provide H -form to the company from where we are getting our products so that we can avail exemptions on both the taxes. i would be glad to hear my answer as i am getting inquiries but we are stucked up ,please help with proper solution for our problem , we would be sincerely wating for your reply,Warm regards, Chirag Bhosale . +919552079167 email: chiragbhosale20007@gmail.com

Hello Sir, I had a query regarding CC. One of our Group Companies has applied for change of name and received a change of Name Certiificate as on June, 2012. Now the Company has received the CC for F.Y. 2011-12 in the new name. Is this correct?
