Sir, The IT act under section 80GG states that, any assessee paying rent for residential accommodation can claim deduction under this section. In case if the Karta and all member stay in a rental residential accommodation, can they claim deduction under section 80GG. Regards Nirmal

hello sir, i have old ser.reg but when 2 year ago it is convert in pancard base by law. my ca gives the application for this and surrender the original certi. but till now he can not get the amended or renew service tax registration in between we have no work for the construction so we not make any service tax invoice but in last november2012 one work we get and my staff make invoice with the service tax. now how can i pay the service tax? please guide me.
