Here is 1 Question for Everyone...................... Rent Agreement made on XYZ PVT LTD after some days XYZ company stop his work and XYZ Company Directoor Made a new Company ABC Pvt Ltd. If ABC Company paid the rent of XYZ then ABC Company can deduct TDS on Rent . If land lord is saying that he does not accept the RTGS Amount through ABC Bank and he need the rent in cash............ What is best way to paid the rent............ Please Reply ASAP.
