A/C SYLLABUS TO FINANCIAL REPORTING A NEW TOPIC IN WHICH ALONG WITH 'AS' THEIR ARE, 'IFRS', 'IAS' WITH COMPANY A/C PORTION WITH SHARE MARKET TOPICS. PLEASE SUGGEST ME FOR PREPARATION OF SUCH SUBJECT .i take its coaching by a qualified C.A. but he is also handling such topic first time

    Search and Seizure action u/s132 Assessee has shown income on estimated GP ratio by giving on sales figures.Some figures or noting of purchases were also found.We have given reply that our sales figures are more than purchases figures and it is covered,but the learn AO has levied penalty u/s 40A(3) whether the AO is right? any case law regardig this issue
