There was a transfer of shares 20 years ago however, the transferee did not register itself with ROC. Is it possible to renew the deed if original owner denies the extension.

Dear Ajay Sir, I have taken transfer from my previous firm on 12.02.2018 and my actual articleship registration date was 17.04.2017.
