Hi!

I am Sanjay Gupta from "City of Joy - Kolkata". I have completed ICWA, M.Com, CS, DIM and currently pursuing MBA. Presently i am working for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Barrackpore Division as a Dy. Manager (Finance). Prior to this, for last 3 years i worked for "West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Ltd" as Officer On Special Duty and before that for 3.5 years i worked for "Jekay Group of Companies" as Manager (F & A).

I am a part of caclubindia Family to share whatever knowledge i have and also to enhance my own knowledge. We all learn something everyday, because education never ends be it in school, college, institutions or in Journey of Life.

I am employed in a PSU and pay Income Tax. I have started stocks (equity/ F&O) and my turnover is 1 Lakh approximately, with loss of 1 thousands approximately in last financial year. Is auditing required in my case? Which ITR form do I need to fill? Do I need to fill any ITR form other than ITR-1?

Hi Professional. I really need advice - My articleship started on 2012 when I was pursuing B.com which I informed institute along with my articleship registration form then I enrolled for CS in Feb 2013 and didn't inform institute because I didn't knew about that then my B.com ended on March 2013. My problem is I am a qualifies CA now and appearing for CS professional in June'2018 can you please let me know what is equired now in order to avoid any panelty or corrective order.

Hi, I worked for a company for a short duration (around 3 months) and resigned for personal reasons. I do not want to show this on my resume. As an employee, I can see the employer name if I go to EPFO website and choose 'Service History'. My questions is: Can an employer get past employers details from UAN? Thanks
