An assessee had received services from a firm and part of the services was sub contracted to another firm by the firm to whom assessee had initially given the contract. Now the sub contractor is willing to get the payment from the assessee.
I want to know whether it is possible to do so?
Since bill will come from the first firm to the assessee.

How is the double pay calculated for a person who has worked on a National holiday.
Suppose the salary of an employee is Rs 30000. His double pay to be paid is Rs 2000
or 1000. The doubt I have is if he is paid Rs 2000 will it not be triple pay as he is already paid Rs 30000 as his normal wages which includes 30 days pay.
