FAQ :
The declaration for commencement of business must be filed within 180 days from the date of incorporation of the company.
A declaration in Form BEN-1 is required to be filed with the reporting company within 30 days of acquiring significant beneficial ownership or any change therein.
The annual return for OPC and small companies (Form MGT-7A) is due within 60 days from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Ten company forms will be rolled out on January 9th, 2023, with the remaining 46 forms scheduled for January 23rd, 2023.
The V2 portal will be disabled from January 7th to January 8th for the first batch of forms and from January 21st to January 22nd for the second batch.
