How to submit Form Spice Part B on MCA V3?

In this article, the author shall discuss the questions and step by step process of Resubmit or submission of Spice Part B if name approved in V2 portal. It is a very easy process. However, sometimes we face some errors, but the below-mentioned process is completely verified.

Que 1: If Name approved in V2 portal. Whether Spice Part B for the same can be file on V3 Portal?

Ans 1: It is allowed to file Spice Part B on V3 portal even if the name approved on V2 Portal.

Only one condition, the User ID of V2 (from which name approved) shall be upgraded to V3 before filing of Spice Part B.

Que 2: If Spice Part B was in resubmission on V2 portal can be resubmitted on V3 Portal?

Ans 2: It is allowed to file Spice Part B on V3 portal even if the resubmission of same came on V2 Portal.

Only one condition, the User ID of V2 (on which it is pending for resubmission) shall be upgraded to V3 before resubmission of Spice Part B.

Que 3: If any name in Spice Part A was pending for resubmission in V2 portal. Whether allowed to resubmit on V3 portal?

Ans 3:If any name was in resubmission on V2 portal. Such name can’t be resubmit on V3 Portal.

Promoters have to apply the name again on V3 portal.

Steps For Resubmission/ Submission of Spice Part B on V3 Portal

Important Points:

1. Resubmission allowed only after the conversion of V2 ID into V3 ID.
2. Same V2 ID of approval of Name should be upgrade on V3 Portal.
3. Registration of Company can be from Register as well as Business User ID.

STEP 1: Log In to MCA V-3 Portal by mentioning your email/ Password.

STEP 2: After Login click on my application.

STEP 3: Scroll below in Application History and click on Filter by. Window will show like this:

STEP 4: You will find your name approved or Spice Part B already in Resubmission here. Window will show like this.

STEP 5: Scroll the window on right side. The ‘Mini Dash Board’ shall be available there. Window will show like this.

STEP 6: Click on Mini Dashboard. Window will show like this:

STEP 7: Click on Edit Button. After this Spice Part B shall be open on your window and you can proceed for Incorporation of the Company. like this:
