Question & Answers

Que 1: Whether there is an option to change the Email ID No in User ID?

Ans 1: As per the recent status of the system there is no facility available for a change of EMAIL ID. Once you mention any email id that can't be changed.

MCA V3 Portal FAQs: Your Questions Answered

Que 2:Out of below two options in My application in which option DSC should be registered on MCA V3?

i. DSC Service 
ii.FO Service- associate DSC

Ans 2: A person have to register his/ her DSC on Option No (ii) i.e. FO Service- Associate DSC.

Que 3: Whether we can check whether DSC is registered or not with our User ID?

Ans 3: We can check the status of the Association of DSC by below mentioned process.

  • Log In to your Business User Account
  • Click on Profile Update Button
  • Below Right hand-side corner there will be a Tab "Show DSC" click on that to check the status.

Que 4: While registering DSC, if there is no drop-down option to select the certificate. How to resolve this issue?

Ans 4:A trick which we have used and succeed. You can also try the same:

  • Download the em-signer & em-bridge software from the link appearing there.
  • After installation of software, restart the system.
  • Try again the association of DSC.

Que 5:Whether DSC can be registered for more than one Role?

Eg: Association of DSC Director as well as professional (CS/ CA)

Ans 5: As per the MCA current system, A DSC can be registered only for one role. As the system is not allowing to change the roll in their Business User ID.

 

Que 6: Whether DIN are getting generated after the Filing of DIR-3?

Ans 6:As per my experience or the message received from the professionals DN are not getting generate since 23 January 2023 ever after getting approve DIR-3. Therefore, we all have to wait for the DIN.

 

Que 7: Whether Physical MOA/ AOA required to be prepared in case of Alteration in MOA/ AOA on MCA V3 Portal?

Ans 7: As per the Latest feature of MCA V3 portal if there is any alteration in any clause of MOA/ AOA then the E MOA/ E-AOA shall be generated by the system after preparation of e-form MGT-14/ SH-7 etc.

Que 8: Whether after approval of Spice Part A for Incorporation of Company. Main object can be written/Edit in Spice Part B?

Ans 8: As per practical experience, the main object clause of e-moa generated after Spice Part B are non-editable. Whatever code we have mentioned in Spice Part A Accordingly Object Clause of E-MOA shall be generated.

 

Que 9: Whether there is any limit of the number of objects to be mentioned in Furtherance of Object of MOA?

 

Ans 9: As per the E-MOA generated on MCA V3 portal Maximum 4000 word can be mentioned in the Furtherance of Main Object clause of E-MOA.

Que 10: Whether there is any extension provided by MCA for the Spice Part A and Part B due to roll out of MCA V3?

Ans10: As per the circular issued by MCA extensions are only given to 46 forms, which doesn't include the Spice Part A and Part B.
