How to File a Complaint

To file a complaint on the EPFIGMS website, follow these steps

  • Visit the EPFIGMS website.
  • Click on “Register Grievance” and select your status (PF member, EPS pensioner, employer, or others).
  • Enter your claim ID if available, or select "no".
  • Enter UAN details, security code, and click “Get Details”.
  • Click “Get OTP” and enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
  • Submit your personal details - name, gender, contact information, address, etc.
  • Click on “PF account number”.
  • Select the type of complaint and add required documents.
  • Submit the complaint.

You will receive an SMS confirmation once your complaint is successfully submitted.
