FAQ :

Yes, you can apply for a COVID-19 advance even if you have another advance application pending. The system permits applications for COVID-19 claims during the pendency of any other advance.

EPFO aims to settle claims for COVID-19 advances within 3 working days. After processing, the bank typically takes an additional one to three working days to credit the amount to your account.

The maximum permissible limit is 75% of the amount standing to your credit. However, this is applicable only if it's less than your basic wages and dearness allowances for three months. If 75% of your balance exceeds three months' wages, the advance will be restricted to an amount equal to three months' wages (Basic + DA).

The advance to fight the COVID-19 pandemic is available only once per member.

If your claim is rejected due to a mismatch in member details, you can rectify this by logging into the member e-sewa portal. Once your details are updated, you can resubmit your claim.

Yes, you can still avail the COVID-19 advance. As long as you have not withdrawn your PF funds, you are considered an active PF member and eligible to apply.
