A Complete Guide to Filing your CA Final Registration Form

Enrolling for CA Final level course has become an easy task since ICAI has made all the registration process online. This article is a complete guide for CA Final registration.

ICAI takes a few months for processing the CA Final Registration Form. So generally, students shall register for the CA final exam at least 3 months before the CA Final exam attempt. The main eligibility criteria to register for CA Final exam is clearing both groups of the CA intermediate/IPCC exam. The tentative dates are given below:

Documents Required for CA Final 2021 Registration

Given below are some of the mandatory documents, that student must keep the scanned documents ready:

1. CA Foundation/CPT mark sheet if the candidate is not applying through the direct route. if the candidate is not applying through the direct route.
2. CA IPCC/ Intermediate mark sheet duly attested by a Chartered Accountant
3. One recent color photograph (affixed on the printout of the online successful registration form)
4. Attested copy of proof of Nationality, if the student is a foreigner.
5. Attested copy of proof of special category certificate i.e SC/ST, OBC, Differently abled.
6. Next, the aspirants need to register online by entering details such as their Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Email ID, Mobile Number, etc

Steps to register for the CA Final course online

Step 1- Visit https://www.icai.org/ and go to Service Portal Link on the top right corner of the screen and login. For new users create your account at E-services > Student services.

Step 2- In the next window Click on "Click Here to access the Student SSP Portal."; And then select student cycle.

Step 3- Now click on "Final" option which will lead to the CA final registration form.

Step 4- Pre-filled details will be shown on the screen. After checking the details click on Save and Next option. General details like name, address, marital status, etc and medium of study for their CA final will be required to be filled.

Step 5- The CA CPT/ Foundation details will be visible in the "Course Details" but the candidates will have to enter details of CA IPCC/ Intermediate. Students will be given an option to select their subject of the elective paper.

Step 6- Upload the documents, fill the other details and click on save and next button.

Step 7- After that Generate OTP. OTP will be sent to your concerned mobile no. Complete your login and validation process and submit.

Step 8- In the last step of Registration, you will be redirected to the payment page of ICAI. Choose the payment modes from the available list to pay the fees and complete the process. The submitted application will be verified by ICAI And thereafter authorized accordingly.

After the successful filling of the registration form and the successful payment, the system will generate a form. Students will be required to save it and take its print out and within 7 days submit the form to the concerned regional office after duly signed by the candidate along with the relevant documents.
