DEEPAK CHAUHAN 23 March 2021 at 09:44The amended provisions of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 and The Indian Stamp (Collection of Stamp Duty through Stock Exchanges, Clearing Corporations and Depositories) Rule, 2019 brought through Finance Act, 2019 came into force w.e.f 1st July, 2020.
