FSSAI Extension: Annual Return & Renewal
The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India has extended the Submission of Annual Return through FoSCoS and waived the late fees for renewal of license up to 31st August 2021.
Due date of DPT-3, CFSS-2020 & NDH-1 extended or not?
MCA has granted additional time up to 31st August 2021 to Companies & LLPs to file those forms which are due for filing from 1st April 2021 to 31st July 2021, without any additional fees.

The MCA has released a list of forms for which relaxation is provided vide General Circular No. 11/2021 & 12/2021. For the purpose of General Circular No. 06/2021 & 07/2021, a list of 53 forms was already in existence. In addition to that the MCA has added 4 more forms.

CFSS-2020 is required to be filed by Companies who have filed belated forms/documents in the MCA-21 registry under the Companies Fresh Start Scheme, 2020 during the moratorium period from 1st April 2020 to 31st December 2020.
