PLZ HELP ........ITS URGENT!!!!

hello ..

     At the time of registeration of cpt, my  name was wrongly registered as SANJAY KUMAR AGRAWALALLA instead of SANJAY KUMAR AGRAWALLA(correct one).i had correct this mistake by writting the correct one at the time of pcc registeration but again it registered as SANJAY KUMAR  AGRWALALLA(wrong one).Now i cleared PCC in this nov,09 attempt.

so plz guide me wht to do to make this correct.....
