Exemption in a subject

What is the limit for securing marks in a subject to qualify for exemption in a subject.

Suppose if I get 29 in costing and also get 60 in Income Tax, will i get exemption in Income Tax though i got 29 in costing??

Yes...exemption will be available to Income tax......

Hi Mr. Saurabh Yes.. You will get exemption, if u get 60 and above in one subject irrespect of marks of other subjects.. Long back, there is a restriction. You should get minimum 30 marks in other subjects to get exemption. Now this condition had been removed..
