Can the Articleship Completion form be submitted in NIRC if the Articleship firm of the trainee is registered with CIRC?

as u wish u can do in circ or nirc.
U have to submit Form in same region in which ur firm is located. Though ICAI at their end will coordinate to another region if u submit the form wrongly to different region, but prudent practice is not to do such things to avoid delay.
