Dear Sir / Madam,
if private limited company paying transport / freight to transporter , same amount is more than 10 lacs in year. is it applicable to pay service tax on trasport service.

service tax libility is either consignee or consigneer. Your company is liable to pay service tax on freifgt.

Service tax limit abail only in registration year. next year from Rs.1 service tax to be pay.
