: TDS Late Payment
our company made the payment to one of service provider with out deducting the payment of TDS IN THE LAST YEAR. We requested them to return the TDS Amount and will be paid to the govt. with interest. but the service provider telling that the transaction pertains to last yearand he will not return the amount. pls. advice us -
