    In Maharashtra VAT was applicable from 1st April 2005, and on 1-10-05, they issued circular to collect declarations under form C,H E I & E II, to collect quarterly. But in Tamilnadu vat was introduced in Jan 2007.Can you tell me when they issued circular to collect quarterly declaraion under Form H particularly. Because some parties of Tamilnadu has issued FORH on yearly basis for the year 2005-06 & 2006-07. If you have any circular or notification of Tamilnadu please give me.

    Hi If an employees (male)have the monthly payment Rs. 26666, then what would be the valsue of TDS deduction? I there any slab, that defines, on this value this percentage of TDS will be deducted
