as i know the registration of partnership firm is compulsory in maharashtra.. if same is unregistered then what will bw efffect there on?

Thanks for your reply. If I correctly understand the transaction under F & O are covered under Security Transaction Tax Act and hence covered under Business Forward Contract and hence Income/Loss are Business Loss and not a speculative. - Please elaborate - explain Regards Ajay Chhaya
