    Can you please update me on the issue mentioned below. 1. Th co was formed in 1988. 2. Started a hotel project and completed it by may.2000. 3. Applied to Deptt of I.TX & Toruism. 4. Did not get reply from Deptt of IT so far but go the 80 IB 7b certificate from department of tourism. 5. The ITX Department at Lucknow did not respond to the queries raised by the DGIT KOlkatta & Delhi Exemptions for the sake of issuing certificate u/s *)IB. 8. The AO has disallowed the 80IB 7(a) for AY06-07 u/s143(3) which was given to assesse in the past all the assessment since AY.2001-02. Please advise
