Hello Sir, Whether remittance for import of raw material from a foreign company covered under section 195(6) of the I.T.Act. Please advise on filing of form no.15CA and 15 CB in such cases.

Sir, What is the treatment of amount received by the legal heirs of a deceased govt employee (Dept of telecom.)i.e death gratuity, PF , family pension? Whether all of the above amounts needs to be reflected in the IT return of the legal heir? If yes under which heads.Further as far as Family pension is concerned, it is to be shown as Income from other sources & also sec. 89 speaks of claiming relief in respect of arrears of family pension received. So whether the amount of family pension received by successors of deceased govt employee is also taxable & whether relief can be cliamed?
