Sir, I have a bill of repairing and painting work of my office, the bill amt. is Rs. 25,500/- and on bill creditors name is Miraj Khan (cane chair merchant)who is work done also. so can I deduct the TDS @2%. or it is only 1%. Kindly clearify early.

Sir, My organisation is a charitibal trust and has printed abooks from a party the total bill amt. is Rs. 36,000/- and has charged a Vat @4% can i deduct TDS if yes what is the rate if bill date is in Oct. 2009. Kindly answer me at your early.

sir, i am completed CA final in June 09. Also completed CS inter in June 08. Now in december appear for CS final. Sir, i join CS without submitting Form 112. in Apr. 2010 I appear for Campus. Sir, Kindly give me suggesstion whether I disclosed CS during fillup of CA campus website. If I disclose then some more co. may elect me but I afraid of action taken by CA institute on not filling up form 112. Please suggest me. my email id kachhwal@gmail.com
