dear Mr. Chakrapani warrier Can u help me out to solve the following. will the Amt advanced by a 100 % subsidiary co to its parent co b treated as deemed dividend u/s 2(22)e. The sub co is having sufficient acc reserves. The amt has been advanced to the parent co to settle the gratuty payment of their employess, as the parent co is a sick co b'coz of huge acc losses. -
