Can you provide me the details about how the entity can register itself for carbon trading, what are the initial formalities for the same, how the trading is actually done,,,, Any web resource, if possible ?

dear Mr. Chakrapani warrier Can u help me out to solve the following. will the Amt advanced by a 100 % subsidiary co to its parent co b treated as deemed dividend u/s 2(22)e. The sub co is having sufficient acc reserves. The amt has been advanced to the parent co to settle the gratuty payment of their employess, as the parent co is a sick co b'coz of huge acc losses.

I am doing my industrial training since 1 july 2009 the due date of completion of orticles on 22 march 2010 they informed that i am not eligible only on 24 nov 2009 because of that one week deficit.....how to resolve it? (this time exam held on june 2009)....
