Sir, is it mandatory to define duties and powers of vice president in AOA of the company? suppose company sought Govt approval for appointment of relative of dirctor for place of profit, in that case whether Central Governement ash our AOA and ask us to include vice presiden's duties in AOA?can u pls go through the circular No14/37/63-PR dated 23/09/1963. -

SIR, I m a student of pe-2 which last attempt is in the coming may 2010, I want to ask that for Business and corporate law & for Auditing which writer’s book (in question answer format) would help me to fetch max marks . I heard about G.K. Kappor (for law) & G.Shekar (for audit & also for law). Actually I want a book (in a question answer format) of which language should be of BARE ACT or ICAI STUDY MATERIAL.
