Thinking is Just waste of time says : help me out
Am really thankful to the people in this blog for putting the worked excel format for various accounting procedures.. Since am a BCA graduate I don’t have much knowledge of accounts (am working on it)... Unfortunately I joined a company where am placed in accounts department… Am responsible to maintain the Employees Tours and Advances... Could you help me in this...If there is any excel work sheet to maintain it properly and easily...?

Dear sir, I have formed a PVT LTD company. I want to obtain loan in this company. As being the director of this company, subsequently this loan will be obtain by me from my company itself. This would be the only transaction in this company. The only reason of this transaction is that i dont want to obtain directly loan in to my own file. Instead indirectly from my own company. Can i kindly know if this transaction is possible and if not under which section this violation will occur.
