: cirtification
i have a client who is accountant. he produce before me a trial balance certified by the proprietor. then he ask me to certify profit and loss account and balance sheet. then i match the data of trial balance with financial statements. and write a comment "i have just compere trail balance data with financial statements only, so all the responsibility of trial balance data is of proprietor only." and certify the financial statements so how much responsibility of mine as per my comment, as i have just compare the data and written in the comment accordingly? and the same the proprietor in not under any audit just get cirtification for geting loan only then may i write the same coment and will i am liable for any theing for books of accounts -

I joined central government job in September 2007 (Group ‘B’). I availed Home Town LTC in December 2008. I could not availed LTC in 2009. Can I avail LTC for Year 2009 and year 2010 both in 2010. Please guide. If any grace period is available please tell where such a detail is given to show my officers. -
