i recently went thru ur post on Service Tax liability computation when bill is like incl service tax say 100/110.3*10.3. 1) how will u work out if have abatement? 2) wat rate u ll specify in ST3 for the service tax rate wise breakup

sir i have problem of deemed dividend.a company has given loan to its director whose holding is more then 10%. let say amount involved is 50 lacs. what can i do for that before 31st march?? pls if possible then reply

approval u/s 80G(5)(vi) expired on 31.03.09. Renewal application was made on 01.10.09. Commissioner is not willing to condone the delay and insisting on giving the renewal only form 01.10.09. Is there any provision for condonation of delay in renewal of approval under section 80G.
